We welcome you in person outside the building, hand over the keys and show you around the apartment. Let us know your expected arrival time and we will organise everything. If you arrive late in the evening, when supermarkets are closed, and need something in particular, just let us know in advance on WhatsApp and we will have it ready for you in the apartment.
